Being selected as the charity partner for DCAC Live – supported so generously by the outstanding team at MOY Materials – is one of those moments for all of us at The Thomas Hayes Trust (Teac Tom).

When this journey began, born from the heartbreak of losing Thomas and others we loved, our mission was simple: to ensure that no one facing suicidal thoughts or mental health struggles would ever feel alone again. We never could have imagined that, years later, we would be sharing a global stage alongside some of the most inspirational people from across the data centre industry and beyond. And yet, here we are – still in awe.

DCAC Live wasn’t just an event. It was a spark. A spark of connection, compassion, and collective vision. From the moment we were invited in, we felt the power of a community that doesn't just talk about change – it drives it.
